The Interview
Justice Digital has adopted remote interviews using Google Hangouts or Microsoft Teams, focusing on candidates' Experience, Technical Skills, and Behaviours in alignment with the Success Profiles Framework and Digital, Data and Technology Profession Capability Framework. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to meet the teams and get an insight into our working culture.
Review the job advert and frameworks, and be prepared to answer questions on the range of topics covered, focusing on essential skills, experience, and behaviours.
Expect open-ended questions from the panel. Provide evidence-based answers using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method.
If applicable, be ready to demonstrate your technical skills through coding exercises, problem-solving tasks, or case studies to showcase your expertise and creativity.

Steps to Apply
CV & Covering Letteraddremove
Submit your CV and Covering Letter/Statement of Suitability, clearly outlining your interest in the role and how you meet the essential skills and experience required.
Siftaddremove
Your application will be assessed against experience, technical skills, and behaviours. A diverse panel will review your application against the person specification. The typical timeline for this stage is 2-3 weeks.
Panel Interviewaddremove
If you meet the required standard, you will be invited to a panel interview, where you can demonstrate your suitability for the position. The typical timeline for interviews is within 3-4 weeks of application submission.
Post Interviewaddremove
The panel will evaluate candidates based on the Success Profiles Framework and Digital, Data and Technology Profession Capability Framework. If applicable, constructive feedback will be provided to help you understand your performance and encourage you to apply for future roles.
